Acer Design uses professional project management tools. From the birth of the idea, via a marketing commission or realization of a theme, the assignment follows a precise sequence.
Quality control and endurance testing is carried out on an on-going basis. The project group uses the management sequence to ensure that national and international norms and tests are adhered to. A conscientious choice of materials in our design models and consideration of recycling guidelines are also on the checklist. Care is thus taken to guide the project safely through to market readiness.
Acer Design holds frequent project meetings at their studios, evaluating full scale prototypes in final-version materials and discussing prototypes in detail. The project group meetings are frequently interspersed with immediate workshop adjustments. This process is repeated until a conclusive, secure outcome is reached.
Acer Design staff includes specially trained toolmakers and technicians.
