Acer Design is certified with Designiso 9001 which ensures processes and documentation through a controlled process from the idea phase to implementation and the first production line.
We work with a dynamic and phase separated project control tool that is built on the four most important phases in the project:
- The idea phase
- The concept development phase
- The construction phase
- Implementation
In each phase there are a number of checkpoints that ensure a controlled navigation through the project.
Project groups are established in cooperation with the customer. The work usually takes
place at Acer design’s offices on the harbor in Bogense where workshops, drafting rooms
and meeting facilities create
the framework for dynamic and efficient project meetings.
Often we work directly with ”full scale prototypes”, and ”instant changing of design and color”
directly
at the meetings.
During the last phases there are usually international tests and documentation for getting ready for serial production and marketing.
